We have bought and sold two residential condos thru Don and Dick. We bought a third condo last year and they have leased a rental unit for us in Royal Oak twice now. Throughout all of these transactions they have been extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace and very helpful in closing the transactions. They're available to answer questions immediately.
